Finding Black Resistance in the Archives - Exploring Chicago's Black Labor and Working-Class History

Join the BMRC for a virtual roundtable at the Labor and Working-Class History Association (LAWCHA) 2021 Annual Meeting on Friday, May 28th from 12:45-2:00PM CST. The meeting would have taken place in Chicago but due to the pandemic has been moved to a virtual Zoom format.

The BMRC has organized a roundtable exploring how historians and archivists engage archival collections to explore the rich tradition of Black labor and working-class activism in Chicago. The roundtable will feature:
